Welcome Kingdom Kids!
Our Vision
“To see our Kingdom Kids growing in Jesus, having fun being His friend, so that they can tell His story.”
But we believe it’s even more than that.
We believe that children are not just the future of the Church—they are part of the Church today. Jesus welcomed children, called them close, and even held them up as examples of the kind of faith He desires. At Kingdom Kids, we want every child to know that they are loved, valued, and invited into a personal relationship with Jesus right now—not just when they grow up.
What We’re About
Kingdom Kids is a space for children aged 3–11 to explore what it means to know and walk with God in everyday life. We aim to make our sessions:
Accessible and inclusive, welcoming every child just as they are
Engaging and age-appropriate, using stories, play, creativity, and discussion
Grounded in scripture, helping children understand who God is and how He sees them
Relational, because we believe faith grows best in community
What Happens on Sundays:
At Kingdom Kids, we love being part of the whole church family — so we start the morning together!
Your children will join you in the main service for a time of worship, and sometimes communion or a short family-focused moment. When it’s time to head out, the service leader will let you know — and our friendly Kingdom Kids team will meet children at the back of the hall.
Each child will be given a lanyard as part of our safeguarding process — this helps us know who’s in our care and keeps everyone safe.
The children then head off for an action-packed session with our Kingdom Kids leaders, including:
Games and activities
A short Bible-based teaching
Creative time, prayer, and worship
A biscuit and a drink (please bring a water bottle with you!)
At the end of the service, children are brought back to you, and we’ll kindly ask for their lanyard to be returned. After that, they’re back in your care for a time of after-service refreshments and church family time.
We’re here to make Sundays fun, faith-filled, and safe for every child — and we’re so glad to welcome yours!
What we aim to cover in our Kingdom Kids sessions:
Learning Bible stories and the big story of God’s love
Ask honest questions and explore their faith safely
Discover how God is involved in their daily lives
Build friendships and have fun together
Grow in confidence to share His story with others
We also encourage an intergenerational culture in our wider church life—children and adults learning from and journeying with one another in faith.
Whether your child is full of questions, already knows and loves Jesus, or is just beginning to wonder what church is all about—there is a place for them in Kingdom Kids.
